And the engineers there are brilliant with room acoustics and mic placement.......

They can record an acoustic guitar so that when you hear the playback, you think the guitar player is right in front of you, live....

Mike - you would have a lot of fun with those guys....

When I talk to them, I don't understand half of what they say, but you would fit like a hand in a glove.....

Before we go into a studio like that, - we must realize....

It's not a place to simply "jam"......

This is a place to go when you have all the arrangements perfected, - ready to record.

And all the musicians can play their parts perfectly.

Don't get me wrong....

Jamming is a lot of fun too.... - Just a very different thing.....

The Wailing Hobos have a superb rehearsal hall in downtown Montreal - so we can have some fun there......

Great p.a., drum kit, amps..... - lots of space, windows, air-conditioning......

That's the playground.

Piccolo is the Work area.

A very small venue - about 80 people or so...
